The city of Surrey has released a draft plan for Fleetwood. This marks a key milestone in the project. The draft plan will guide growth over the next 30+ years in the community. With the extension of the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain line, Fleetwood is going to become an even more attractive place to grow.
CORE AREAS - There are mixed-use and core areas that support a variety of commercial and civic uses. The highest densities are located around future SkyTrain stations at 160 Street and 152 Street, with an employment district planned around the 166 Street station.
